This policy explains what information we collect when you use FindBestHotels.com.

Browsing

Public pages do not set cookies and we do not load third-party analytics, advertising trackers, fonts or widgets. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) for security and operations.

Partner link clicks

When you follow a partner link we record the link, the page it was on, the time, and a one-way keyed hash of your IP address so we can count clicks without storing the address itself. Raw click records are deleted after a limited retention period; only aggregated counts are kept. When you reach Booking.com or Agoda, their own privacy policies apply.

Contact form

If you contact us, we store your name, email address and message so we can reply, along with a hashed IP address for spam prevention. Messages are deleted after a retention period unless we need them to handle a correction or complaint.

Administrators

Staff who sign in to our admin area receive a secure session cookie that is used only for that purpose.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete a contact message you sent by writing to us through the contact page.
